Siting

The following should be considered when siting the tank & dispersal system.

• The site should be perferably be a minimum of 15 metres from the nearest habitable dwelling.
• The dispersal system should be a minimum of 10 metres from the nearest water course and at least 1 metre above the local water table.
• Emptying vehicles should have access to within 35 metres of the tank.
• A site which is subjected to traffic loading should be avoided.
